Phoenix Motor Inn is just 300 metres from Speights Ale House, Springlands Tavern, Countdown and Pak'n'save supermarkets and Bunnings Warehouse and we are across the road from the Springlands "Z" Service Station. We are located right in the heart of the expanded Springlands development, away from the hustle, bustle and noise of the CBD but close enough to enjoy the cafe's, restaurants & shopping that Blenheim has on offer. We have one bedroom units, studio units and our very popular Two Bedroom Apartments.
